PCh 150 / HPCh 150壓電(diàn)陶瓷(cí)芯(xīn)片多層壓電陶瓷組成最大推力可高達10000N,這些驅動器可以精密移動,產生的(de)自由(yóu)行程範圍(無負載條件(jiàn)下)從2 µm至4 µm 。驅動器預載最大位移(yí)負載(zǎi)時(shí),可(kě)以達到最大(dà)位移,每種型號對於這點都有相應規定。每種型號最大(dà)位移的實際值有所差異,必須通過實驗確定,最大位移始終會大於自由行程位移。

Mounting advises: Piezo-chips show very small stroke rates due to their short active length L.
